Lynette Nadeau-CEO with her hands on approach with day to day operations and Shonna Nadeau, as the Vice President & CFO, who guides Iron Technologies financial footsteps, we have created a woman owned & operated company.
Company Leadership
- Lynette holds a Masters Degree in Information Technology, from Arizona State University with an emphasis in Marketing & Business development. Lynette manages out on the job sites, shop, and in the office.
- Shonna who continually analyzes our growing and “learning curves” and Genuinely applies corporate philanthropy to all scopes of daily operations; holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and extensive background in corporate operations.
- Mike started out in the metal industry gaining his certifications in welding and pipe laying and worked his way into the commercial contracting & excavating industry all the while expanding his knowledge in estimating, project managing, equipment fleet and inventory control, and valued engineering has helped to secure the contracts it takes to grow and build a new company.
- Keith Artisan/Fabricator/Welder with 30+ years experience and has brought his knowledge of Iron & Welding Technologies to Minnesota to Provide a Service of Quality in Steel Fabrication & Welding. Keith is Navy Trained & Certified in Nuclear Propulsion Systems & Metallurgy.
